Dr. Uma and Dr. Mahesh have created a 39-year legacy in ethical, compassionate and patient-oriented medical practice. through the Matru-Smruti Dermosthetic Clinic. They continue to serve their patient community with the same commitment and tireless dedication.

His daughter, Dr Pranjal, is carrying this legacy forward and strengthening it in her service at Breach Candy Hospital, which began 13 years ago. Her clinical excellence and patient care helped her rise to one of the most respected resident doctors at that hospital. She has done M.B.B.S. (Mumbai) and post graduation in palliative care from Harward University U.S.A

Their twin children (born with cerebral palsy) have faced life with great courage. They completed their B.M.S. (Mumbai University) and M.B.A. (NMIMS Marketing) despite the adverse physical condition and are now stepping into the management of the Clinical Diagnostic Centre. Under the strong guidance of the doctor's family—mother, father, and sister they dream of making this journey from “differently-abled” to “exceptionally able,” adding values to healthcare services in their own way.
